- Print-on-Demand Products: Please note that print-on-demand products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are custom-made specifically for you, and as such, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged.
- Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
If your item is damaged or defective, please follow these steps for a quick resolution:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item, including the packaging if possible.

- Once we receive the necessary information, we will process a replacement shipment at no extra cost to you.
We will make sure to deliver a new product to you as soon as possible.
